Many of us are winging-it with home-based learning. Even if schools are providing quality home-based learning opportunities, there is still lots of spare time to fill!

It will take a little time to collate all the resources, so please visit regularly.

Scratch from MIT – Learn to code, create games etc

NASA has put together a collection of resources and activities including videos, citizen science projects, podcasts, ebooks and images. Also other NASA activities here

Questacon – Australia’s National Science and Technology Centre –  has put together a selection of activity sheets for download.  Also links to other STEM resources.

DragonBox ($).  Learn algebra without realising!  Apps for both Android and IPad, together with website support for the maths concepts. A game that is way more fun than it sounds!

Parent support kit for Grade Expectations in Numeracy for grades K-6, put together by Mossvale Public School, outlining what is expected for each grade together with tips for parents

Supercoloring includes colouring pages, drawing tutorials, papercrafts and origami puzzles. Suitable for all ages to adult.
